The YCC is developed especially for youths who are transitioning between secondary/high school or pre-university and the next stage of their life. The course comprises 120 hours of activities that include group and solo camping, trekking, height element rope activity and water-based challenges. These activities allow participants to explore, analyse and determine options available to them through reflection, reviewing, debriefing and goal setting. The experiences from the course will condition participants to be mentally prepared, focused and adaptable to face the challenges of adulthood and working life.
